LinkGather



This WordPress plugin will allow you to export the URL's for all your blogs posts in Google Spreadsheets style.

Get the plugin from the WordPress Plugin Repository by searching for LinkGather, alternatively you can just go to the link below:

Once you have activated the plugin, you are ready to start using it.

How To


A new menu item on the menu side of your admin console will appear called LinkGather:

When you hover over this title option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different options available for you:

Click on the Home title, this will go to the plugins home page which includes instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Hit the Post Links offering to take you to the page that will display all of your blog sites published posts’ URL's. Note that for the purposes of this instruction, we are using our demo test site with just a few URL's in it.

You will now read more see a list with two columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. Depending on how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.

Underneath the URL list, you should see that LinkGather has also added up how many post links you have.

You then also have the option to download the articles in Excel style.

Page Links


The instructions above is exactly the same for Page Links, however instead of supplying back published URL, it will bring back published pages instead:

JetPack Links


The option for JetPack URL's is again exactly the same instructions as those above, however, JetPack Links are actually built in short links created by the JetPack software. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to get those links.

If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.

Assuming that you have JetPack short links enabled, clicking on our plugins wp.me Links tab will bring back all those JetPack URLs that it has gathered:
